Join us for an evening of relaxation, meditation, and chakra healing. The sound bath begins with breathwork and an intention-setting guided meditation that will open up the chakras (energy meridians in the body), clear blockages, and align and harmonize with the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls. Research indicates that sound healing at the cellular level reduces body pains, stress, anxiety, improves focus, energy and much more!

All are welcome! No experience needed. Come to relax and unwind.

For your comfort please bring your pillow, yoga mat and/or blanket. Chairs will be available if seating is preferred.
