When seeing this film I thought William Baldwin's character was the culprit I'm sure many of us did because his character did seem like the type with him watching everyone from the camera's he had. It was very freaky what he was doing he was a perve but not a killer at all and I have to say for Sharon Stone she's done a lot of seductive roles in her time and this one added to it but she played the part very well she's a very talented actress for sure. I won't tell anyone who the killer is I'm gonna leave that mystery to you to figure out but this film was very interesting again its a good mystery.

this film seems to reflect a bygone age: we are now used to being surveillanced everywhere. the premise for the film is that the owner of a skyscraper residence building has a command center in which he watches his tenants, and listens in on them. it is also a murder mystery, and we are supposed to think the young tycoon I've already mentioned, ( played by Billy Baldwin) is the culprit. the first suspect is never the one. but I won't reveal who did it. it also stars Sharon Stone, and she does a pretty workwomanlike job of acting the romantic partner of the tycoon, as well as a book editor, downtown, nyc. the love scenes are pretty intense, with lots of gasping and moaning, the cinematography is this side of being gorgeous. if you are a tom berenger fan, well, he's in it. it's not bad, written by joe esterhasz from a novel by Ira Levin.
