Add a CommentHaven't seen this yet, but find it odd that the picture on the cover of this DVD, about movies from the 70s, is a still from Blow Up. It's not just any '60s flick, nor merely a good one, but one of the most influential and breathtaking among them!
A great documentary consisting of comments from and interviews of many known directors and actors of films of the past. Great for film school students and those interested in the history and evolution of cinema in the past several decades. For me it is a tad boring.
An informative overview of the history and context of certain well-known films of the 1970s (e.g. Easy Rider, Midnight Cowboy, The French Connection, and The Last Picture Show).
